PRODUCTION TIME

Every Rust Ritual piece is handmade individually and produced only after your order has been placed.

The usual production time is approximately one week, provided that we are not experiencing an unusually high volume of orders. If your piece is expected to take longer, we will contact you and keep you informed before it is dispatched.

Please note that production time does not include delivery time. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each Rust Ritual piece is handmade specifically for the customer and may be created according to the measurements, details and specifications selected when placing the order.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to an incorrect size being provided, a change of mind or personal preference, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Please check all measurements and selected details carefully before confirming your order. If we require any additional information, we will contact you before beginning production.

A return, exchange, repair or replacement will be arranged if the mistake is ours, including:

  • An item made differently from the confirmed measurements or specifications

  • The wrong item being sent

  • A manufacturing or craftsmanship defect

  • Damage caused before dispatch

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange the appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

HANDMADE VARIATIONS

Every Rust Ritual piece is created by hand, one at a time. Small variations in stitch placement, shape, color tone or finishing are natural and make each garment unique. These characteristics are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
